Purchasers receive a 60-day testing window starting from the actual arrival date to coordinate a product return. To qualify for a complete reimbursement, the mechanism must remain in functional order and be sent back inside all original structural packaging components.

Our specialists will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference code and corresponding logistics data. Packages forwarded to our warehouse centers without an authorized RMA code cannot be successfully processed.
Upon receiving and evaluating the integrity of your returned unit, a status email will be distributed. Verified requests are returned back to your original transaction route. Most financial organizations complete these balance adjustments within 5 to 10 standard business days.
All transport costs linked to returns are handled entirely by the buyer. Please notice that any processing or delivery fees charged from the initial checkout remain non-refundable.
